Complex legal issues arose since this case involved an on-the-job injury that was caused by a third party.  However, we prevailed on summary judgment (where the Defendants ask the court to throw out the case as a matter of law) and despite the Defendants attacking our client because he was undocumented, we were able to recover 4.9 million for the injured worker.
