A complex products case against a major car manufacturer, our client was injured when she missed a turn and crashed into an embankment and the airbag failed to deploy. The Defense argued that this was a single car collision where our client was inattentive and missed the curve.  They also argued that there was not sufficient force to cause the bag to deploy based on how the car impacted.  We argued that the airbags are designed to protect drivers no matter what the cause of the accident, and we were able to get a very good six figure settlement for the client.
